The variety
Pink Bourbon is not supposed to exist.
For decades, botanists argued about what it actually was. A mutation? A natural hybrid? Its pink-tipped cherries set it apart from both Red and Yellow Bourbon — but it was the cup profile that made specialty roasters stop and pay attention.
In the cup
Complex. Floral. Unmistakably itself.
The washed process keeps the cup clean and precise. What you taste is pure Pink Bourbon — passionfruit brightness up front, a slow honey sweetness through the middle, and a floral finish that stays longer than you expect.
"Wonderful and complex — the floral notes are something else entirely."
